Exhibit F: Exit at Will
Sit with me for a few minutes while I think about painting my front door. The front door of a house sees so much action. When I look at it now, I am reminded of the amount of time wasted hollering, while standing at the door waiting for one family member or another to be ready to leave the house. In this episode, released March 16, 2020, I reflect on the tension between the ability to merely open the door and exit at will and responsibility of raising a family.
In this episode’s Opening Paragraph I read from Delia Owens’s Where the Crawdad Sings.
